Section 1 – 1.4  Schedule

..1.4 - Additional clarification was added to indicate byes for teams in flights with an odd number of teams

Section 1 – 1.8 Bob and Matt Keegan Scholarship and Robbin Rinier Scholarship

..1.8 - Included the Robbin Rinier Scholarship that is awarded.

Section 3 – 3.1 Registration Form

..3.1 - Corrected to match information listed on the online Team Registration Form

Section 4 – 4.2  Team Rostering

..4.2 - Corrected to describe the Division 1 twenty two [22] active player roster.

Section 5 – 5.1.1  Mandatory Coaches’ Meetings

..5.1.1  Additional clarification was added regarding attendees of the Spring Coaches Meeting

Section 6.1  Postponements & EarlyPlay

..6.1 - 6.1.4  Additional clarification was added regarding schedule changes due to Postponements

Section 6.3  League Discipline

..6.3.3  Yellow Card - Caution:  A coach will be sent-off if he/she receives a second caution in

Section 7 – 7.4.6  Paying the Referee

7.4.6 - Referee fees for Div I, II, III Referee fees to be changed as follows:
............Division 3 - from 46, 24, 24 to 50, 30,30
............Division 1 & 2 - from 60, 30, 30 to 60, 36, 36
............(change January 2007 for F07 season)

7.4.6 - Referee fees for Div I, II Referee fees to be changed as follows:
............Division 1 & 2 - from 60, 36, 36 to 70, 40, 40
............(change October 2008 for S09 season)

7.4.6 - Referee fees for Div 3 & 4 Referee fees to be changed as follows:
............Division 3 - Center Referee from $50 to $60
............Division 4 - Center referee from $44 to $50
............Division 5 - Center referee from $40 to $50
............(change May 2011 for F11 season)

Section 12 – MCYSA Division V and VI Playing Rules

Pass Back to Keeper (Time Wasting) - Additional clarification was added:
............"However, coaches are to refrain from deliberately using the pass back to keeper
............ in order to attempt to gain an advantage. If, in the judgment of the referee, such
............ an attempt takes place, the referee may call the pass back."

Penalty Kick - Correction to yardage made:
            "Penalty Kicks will be taken 12 yards from the goal line"
